Own Dust agent architecture, integrate ATS (Ashby), prototype solutions, maintain documentation (Confluence/Guru), and drive adoption of tools like Claude, Dust, and Zapier to reduce manual work across sourcing, scheduling, candidate communication, and offer-to-hire handoffs.

Own the full sales cycle for early-stage EMEA startups: outbound prospecting, high-volume discovery calls, rapid negotiations and closes (aiming ~30-day cycles), optimize repeatable workflows, tailor demos, and surface product feedback.
