Plan and coordinate vehicle durability and quality-in-use development activities across program phases. Lead cross-functional durability/QIU teams, represent durability in integration and architecture meetings, manage issue resolution with design, CAE, loads analysis, labs, and test engineers, and present deliverables in program reviews.

Plan and execute virtual vehicle dynamics development to meet ride, handling, and steering targets. Build and correlate multi-body and simulation models, recommend countermeasures, support HIL/SIL tuning, coordinate across test, chassis, NVH, and durability teams, and mentor junior virtual engineers.

Collaborate with safety, cybersecurity, hardware teams and partners to deliver scalable, safety-compliant embedded software architectures, verify interfaces, support .arxml/model-based artifacts, and meet program launch milestones following ASPICE/ISO26262 processes.

Design and release body control modules (BCM/CBC) using CAN and LIN networks. Manage change notices, validation with platforms and suppliers, run development schedules, perform root-cause analysis, and support manufacturing reviews and ride-and-drives.

Perform monthly actuals, forecast and variance analysis for Mopar parts sales and margins. Lead month-end close, journal entries, accruals, budgeting, long-range planning, spend monitoring, promotion reviews, ad hoc financial analysis, and profit improvement projects while supporting system/process issue resolution.

Provide financial modeling, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions. Partner with cross-functional teams to track KPIs, assess risks and opportunities, and ensure compliance with controls and accounting standards.

Own the Propulsion Base Software (BSW) product: set roadmap and backlog, prioritize features, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive Agile execution and release readiness, ensure integration, reuse, quality, and alignment with safety and cybersecurity standards.

Create and deliver visual communications and presentations across product, mobility, and motion projects. Collaborate with creative director and cross-functional teams, incorporate feedback, manage multiple projects, and maintain cohesive visual identity and studio vision.
