Manage and expand existing SaaS accounts by building strong relationships, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, driving renewals, and ensuring customer success. Conduct regular business reviews, develop account plans, advocate for customers internally, collaborate cross-functionally, and use Salesforce and Clari for reporting and forecasting.

Manage a portfolio of CloudExtend customers to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion. Onboard customers, monitor usage and health metrics, act as trusted advisor and escalation point, run adoption scorecards, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support to ensure customer success.

Design and deliver scalable SaaS integration products using microservices. Lead technical architecture, guide engineering teams, partner with product management, and build solutions handling large datasets using Node.js, MongoDB, AWS, and Kafka.
