At firsthand, our Health Guide Associates (HGAs) play a crucial role in supporting individuals with serious mental illness and complex medical conditions. They assist in coordinating care, managing appointments, and promoting clinical initiatives to enhance the well-being of those we serve.

As Director of Value Delivery, you will develop and lead a business roadmap for population health management, collaborate with Data, Product, and Engineering teams, and drive analytics and performance management for the MarSat initiative. You will also manage teams to ensure effective engagement with high-risk individuals.
