Manage box office and ticketing operations including setup, sales, customer service, staffing, reporting, settlements and merchandise. Audit ticketing configurations in Tessitura, handle escalations, lead ticket agents, create training, manage payroll/timekeeping, and coordinate with internal departments and third-party sellers to maximize sales and patron satisfaction.

Lead IT operations and projects, supervise IT support staff, manage vendors and procurement, assist with budget tracking, support security and compliance, promote AI productivity tool adoption, and represent IT in cross-departmental planning while providing hands-on technical assistance as needed.

Provide on-site and remote end-user IT support across a multi-venue performing arts campus, troubleshoot hardware/software/VOIP, assist with network and wireless infrastructure, support cybersecurity and compliance, manage tickets and documentation, coordinate projects and vendors, and support staff adoption of approved AI tools. Requires flexible schedule and occasional after-hours/on-call availability.
