Own quarterly and annual revenue targets for an SMB book, drive adoption of Tesco Media performance products (Search, Display), build pipeline, deliver persuasive sales pitches, support self-serve strategy, collaborate cross-functionally, and advise clients to maximise Tesco Media outcomes.

Lead annual business planning by translating strategy into plans and milestones, track performance via KPIs and risk registers, provide financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting, produce executive-level presentations, align cross-functional stakeholders, and embed planning best practices to drive Tesco Media growth.

Lead senior client relationships across Tesco Group, drive commercial performance (revenue, renewals, pipeline), translate customer data into actionable growth strategies, coach and develop a high-performing client team, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated retail and supplier outcomes.
