Administer and support Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, and other SaaS platforms; manage user accounts, endpoints (Intune), and provide Tier 2/3 support. Partner with business and scientific teams, assist onboarding/offboarding, monitor performance, support SaaS implementations, contribute to security and validation, maintain documentation, and participate in occasional after-hours support.
