As a Senior Software Engineer, you will deliver software solutions for clients, teach agile practices, and ensure project success through collaboration. You will work directly with teams and clients to implement effective software development methodologies.

Own projects end-to-end from design to production, collaborate with Product, SRE, and DevSecOps, apply AI tools thoughtfully to developer workflows, and review cross-team work to ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Work on Zed's open source codebase: triage issues, fix bugs, implement community-requested features, review pull requests, improve GitHub processes, and optimize performance and UX while collaborating with community members.

Lead multiple Agile development teams to deliver enterprise software; own architecture and technical design; drive end-to-end delivery, mentor engineers, champion AI-first innovation, ensure release quality, partner with product, and improve operational excellence.

Own and ship polished web, iOS, and Android user experiences. Build and debug native and web UIs, integrate APIs and analytics, collaborate with product/design, and iterate quickly on high-quality, media-heavy features with strong UX focus.
