Build and own CRM features and workflow automations supporting sales, marketing, onboarding, and support. Develop full-stack functionality using Next.js, FastAPI, Inngest, and related technologies; partner with teams to automate workflows; create agentic solutions for enrichment and task automation; and manage features from planning through monitoring and refinement.
