The Associate Linux Support Engineer will provide technical support, troubleshoot Linux issues, and enhance customer satisfaction while learning and contributing to Canonical's services.

Manage ad design strategy and deadlines for multiple publications, serve as primary client contact, proof ads for quality, resolve billing issues, track client metrics, and maintain strong relationships with Area Directors and clients in a fully remote role.

Provide phone-based customer support and sales assistance: create estimates, quotes, and invoices; book and confirm appointments; document calls and follow up; ensure accurate customer information; deliver professional, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Handle insurance defense litigation (bodily injury, property damage) from intake through trial: case assessment, discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, and post-trial work. Draft pleadings and legal documents, conduct legal research, gather evidence, advise claims clients, represent in routine matters, attend mediations/arbitrations/trials, and monitor legal/regulatory changes. Participate in training and mentorship to develop litigation skills.

Early-career role bridging product, sales, and customers for a defense-focused engineering data platform. Gather and synthesize customer feedback, produce sales collateral and demos, keep demo environments current, assist with release notes, documentation checks, and product testing. Work closely with Head of Product and cross-functional teams.
