The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for driving sales through the acquisition of new enterprise customers, understanding their challenges, and closing deals by leveraging GTT's solutions and services.

Own territory sales: build channel relationships, evangelize the platform, manage inbound/outbound leads and CRM pipeline, collaborate with product/support/SE, forecast and exceed quota, and travel to support customer relationships.

The Enterprise Account Manager will develop a portfolio of enterprise customers, focus on customer relationships, manage subscriptions and contracts, and generate additional business revenue for the company.

Manage and grow enterprise life-insurance distribution accounts post-sale. Manage and grow large, complex enterprise accounts as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior IT leaders. Develop and execute strategic account plans, demonstrate platform value, drive revenue expansion and retention, lead complex global deal negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align products and deliver customer outcomes. Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and retention targets and provide market feedback to influence product direction.
