The Forward Deployed Accountant leads the deployment of AI Agents for corporate accounting, trains teams, and ensures proper configuration and documentation of automated workflows.

Manage analytical service operations by overseeing a team, designing software for data mining, developing statistical models, and generating insights for marketing outcomes. Provide training and mentorship to direct reports.

Build reliable batch and near-real-time pipelines, model healthcare supply chain data, optimize Postgres and Snowflake performance, and establish standards for testing, deployment, quality, and governance. Partner cross-functionally to create durable data models, lead multi-quarter initiatives, manage sensitive data controls, and mentor engineers.

Create and validate complex datasets for AI benchmark tasks, including files with malformed records, missing data, truncations, and inconsistent formatting. Define correct final states, write detailed grading rubrics, and assess AI outputs for accuracy and completeness. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, error detection, format reconciliation, accurate documentation, and clear asynchronous communication in regulated or audit-sensitive contexts.

Annotate, label, review, and validate audio and video samples according to project guidelines. Identify and correct errors, document annotation decisions, resolve questions with project teams, meet accuracy and deadline requirements, and provide feedback to improve annotation workflows. Strong English communication, attention to detail, organization, and quality control are essential; familiarity with data-labeling tools is advantageous.

Reviews and analyzes large business datasets for accuracy, completeness, relevance, privacy, and quality. Conducts document reviews involving PII, identifies data issues and anomalies, provides feedback to support AI training, refines quality assurance standards, and communicates findings to project stakeholders while maintaining data privacy and security compliance.
