Own end-to-end quantitative research projects: design and program surveys, clean and analyze large survey datasets, build crosstabs, generate reports and visualizations, and translate findings into actionable insights while managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder communications.

Lead design and operationalization of enterprise data governance for insurance data across cloud and on-premises estates. Define operating models, stewardship, policies, data standards, quality frameworks, metadata/lineage, tooling, and MDM. Support related IDS workstreams like LASO, GSA, and OneSystem.
