As a Data Engineer, you will build and maintain data ingestion pipelines, develop data transformations, and migrate SQL Server processes to Azure-native solutions, supporting marketing campaigns and analytics teams.

Use statistical modeling, data analysis, and visualization to generate actionable insights that improve loan origination and production. Collaborate cross-functionally to design, test, and implement data-driven strategies, maintain data integrity, and communicate results to stakeholders to influence business decisions.

Analyze large complex datasets to identify trends and anomalies, produce actionable insights and financial models, document processes, present findings to stakeholders, manage projects and client relationships, mentor junior staff, and support planning and delivery.

Support pricing and reporting by analyzing RFPs for US/Canada, performing detailed cost analyses, developing pricing scenarios, monitoring performance data, improving pricing processes, and resolving pricing inquiries to ensure accurate client pricing.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data models and pipelines using Python and SQL. Collaborate with product and SMEs to create analytics-ready healthcare datasets, maintain data engineering systems, document solutions, and iterate based on product feedback.

Lead and optimize risk adjustment data submissions (CMS, HCCs, HEDIS), develop and maintain reporting, validate data integrity, oversee vendors, support audits (RADV), mentor analysts, and recommend process improvements to maximize risk scores and quality payments.

Support warehouse operations by analyzing performance data, building dashboards and reports, automating recurring reporting, validating data, and providing actionable recommendations to improve productivity, labor utilization, inventory accuracy, and service performance.
