The Business Intelligence / Data Analyst will optimize the data reporting pipeline using Google Big Query and Omni, work with product management, implement reports, and conduct ongoing maintenance.

Ensure integrity and governance of reporting databases; develop automation frameworks and ETL processes; prepare data for BI; conduct code and periodic reviews; create data policies and documentation; collaborate with stakeholders to enforce data management practices; perform data, gap, and root-cause analysis; maintain performance and adopt new technologies.

Own end-to-end marketing and business intelligence: build automated dashboards (Domo), query large datasets (SQL/Snowflake), report subscription funnel economics, analyze channel performance and A/B tests, troubleshoot data anomalies, and partner with leadership to set KPIs and prioritize analytics work.

Design and implement BI solutions: build data models, automations, ETL/ELT workflows, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses. Monitor and analyze RF/video performance using Dataminer/Qligent or similar tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, document requirements, and deliver actionable insights to optimize hybrid terrestrial and satellite video delivery.

Lead BI reporting and advanced analytics to optimize marketing campaigns and ROI. Build dashboards, manage multi-source data, ensure data governance, provide actionable insights, mentor juniors, and partner with cross-functional teams to guide strategy.

Lead enterprise analytics initiatives: translate business requirements into scalable data models and transformations; design enterprise dashboards and SSAS/SSRS/Qlik reports; perform advanced SQL analysis; resolve cross-system data issues (including Workday integration); mentor analysts; enforce data governance and reporting standards; manage multiple analytics projects and documentation.
