Lead full-stack analytics at Air by designing and maintaining dbt models and BigQuery transformation layer, ensuring data quality and observability, owning ingestion/orchestration, building self-serve BI (Mode/Hex) and AI-native interfaces, and partnering with product, growth, and GTM teams to deliver trusted data products and strategic insights.

Build and maintain scalable monitoring solutions and dashboards to track production, campaign, and operational data. Analyze large-scale datasets to detect anomalies, perform root-cause investigations with Engineering and Production Operations, and deliver actionable insights to improve platform reliability and operational efficiency.

Lead analytics work across operations, finance, clinical quality, and BD. Build and maintain BI tables and dashboards, ensure metric accuracy, run operational and growth analyses, support financial forecasting and partner reporting, and deliver ad-hoc analyses to improve efficiency, patient experience, and strategic decisions.

Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technology to elicit requirements, evaluate solutions, and drive delivery of BI and data initiatives. Own and build data and analytics for InfoTrack Exchange's supply-side marketplace: create county-level coverage and performance reporting, maintain partner agency data models, develop financial and capacity models for expansion, standardize sourcing pipelines, collaborate with Engineering/BI to productionize Snowflake queries, define KPIs, and drive data quality improvements to support decision-making and leadership reporting.

Lead cross-functional analyses and build scalable reporting for go-to-market teams. Develop and automate data pipelines, create interactive dashboards, improve data quality, and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and executives.

Drive channel performance visibility and partner outcomes via analytics. Monitor SLAs and KPIs, identify root causes, develop action plans, implement process improvements, and influence cross-functional and partner behavior. Build measurement frameworks, report insights using BI tools, track execution, and coach peers to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Clean, transform, process, and query programmatic datasets to support educational programs. Ensure data integrity through testing, auditing, and documentation. Build dashboards, automate workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and provide cross-functional analytical support. Participate in annual student application evaluations and collaborate with program, data, and engineering teams to drive data-driven operational improvements.

Designs and maintains Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and end-to-end analytics solutions. Builds ETL processes, data pipelines, and data transformations, performs advanced SQL/DAX/M work, automates reporting (including approved AI tools), validates data quality, recommends process improvements, and presents insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Individual contributor who may lead moderate-risk projects and deliver user training.
