Translate data and models into decisions, drive adoption within workflows, build data literacy, and govern applied AI use. Partner with data and engineering teams on use cases while retaining accountability for business outcomes, prioritization, acceptance, and stakeholder alignment.

Own Chamber’s central analytics and reporting function for value-based cardiology contracts and clinical programs. Build SQL models, governed metric definitions, a semantic layer, data-quality standards, executive and board reporting, payer deliverables, SLA tracking, and clinical analytics foundations. Establish reporting governance so finance, clinical, and operations teams can self-serve trusted insights. This hands-on player-coach role requires healthcare claims and clinical data expertise, value-based care fluency, and the ability to build a reporting function from scratch.

Develops business cases, financial and operational models, data models, executive decision packages, portfolio dashboards, and benefit-validation reporting for cross-functional transformation initiatives. Extracts and analyzes enterprise data using SQL, Python, spreadsheets, and visualization platforms; automates repeatable workflows; standardizes metrics; tracks value realization; and partners with Finance, IT, data engineering, and business leaders to support decisions and embed sustainable reporting processes.

Conduct advanced workforce analysis for the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. Develop statistically defensible staffing methodologies, workforce baselines, scalable staffing models, staffing equations, and supporting tools. Apply statistical analysis, operations research, facility segmentation, scenario and sensitivity testing, and qualitative validation. Collaborate with security and data analytics subject matter experts to document assumptions, limitations, operational factors, and model performance.

Lead data analysis for product and customer decision-making by defining metrics, measuring adoption, engagement, retention, and customer health, and translating complex data into actionable insights. Partner with product, engineering, customer success, and sales teams; automate and improve data processes; support product strategy and customer reviews; strengthen data governance; and mentor analysts.

Leads business analysis across multiple initiatives by gathering requirements, mapping processes, translating business needs into technical specifications, and identifying operational improvements.
