Lead and scale Brigit's IT Operations: manage day-to-day support, own IAM/SSO (Okta), maintain VPN and security tooling (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls), drive audit readiness (SOC, PCI, SOX), improve incident response, document processes, and partner cross-functionally on security and compliance.

Serves as a technical security advisor during enterprise sales cycles, partnering with Account Executives and customers to uncover security requirements, design solutions, conduct demonstrations, and execute proofs of concept. Leads cybersecurity monitoring, compliance, risk assessment, audit remediation, and corrective actions across Magna Powertrain’s IT, OT, and product security domains. The role maintains risk registers, coordinates OT security and continuity planning, improves the ISMS, standardizes security processes, conducts AI risk assessments, and delivers cybersecurity awareness training. It provides expert guidance to business units and partners with corporate security, IT, and other stakeholders.

Lead a global Workforce IAM team as product owner for WIAM and PAM, driving platform maturity, automation, lifecycle processes, governance, audit readiness, SLAs, incident/change management, vendor and budget oversight, and measurable OKRs/KPIs to reduce cyber risk and improve user experience.

Build and advance application and product security across the engineering organization.
