Splash Financial is hiring a junior to mid-level Compliance Analyst to assist with day-to-day compliance management activities designed to ensure material compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. The Legal and Compliance Department is helping Splash become the leading digital lending platform in a responsible and compliant way that puts the customer first.

The Program Reporting Analyst is responsible for producing month-end and surplus lines reporting, analyzing financial data, maintaining reporting tools, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and accuracy.

Research and develop color perception algorithms and computer vision for camera and AR applications, work on imaging technology for camera capture and augmented reality experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide leadership for new project development.
