Conduct gap assessments, develop target operating models, coordinate multi-workstream project plans, prepare executive reporting and governance materials, facilitate cross-functional stakeholder forums, support regulatory remediation and transformation initiatives, and identify process improvement opportunities to align financial crime and core compliance functions.

Lead full lifecycle treasury management implementations, conduct discovery, configure and test payment/file transmissions and digital platforms, manage project plans and stakeholders, ensure compliance and drive post-go-live adoption and expansion opportunities.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects across business and technical teams. Develop project plans, manage scope/time/budget, mitigate risks, coordinate stakeholders, monitor performance, and report status. Translate senior intent into executable plans, coordinate project managers and workstreams, manage risks, dependencies and resourcing, maintain stakeholder and client confidence, apply pragmatic governance and delivery methodologies, and ensure outcomes and lessons learned are captured.
