Own GTM operating rhythms, route-to-market planning, OKRs, forecasts, and business reviews. Lead complex cross-functional programs, fiscal-year planning, performance analysis, and growth initiatives across sales, marketing, partnerships, finance, and product. Design AI-augmented workflows, automation patterns, and AI agents to scale operations. Drive execution, change leadership, and strategic alignment across Gusto’s GTM organization.
