Lead development, industrialization, and release of radio boards from concept to production. Coordinate cross-functional hardware, system, manufacturing, supply, and test stakeholders; manage scope, schedule, risks, budget, interfaces, and resources; drive testability, producibility, continuous improvement, and status reporting to steering forums.

Lead regulatory project initiatives for wireless products, develop certification plans, manage timelines and risks, ensure global EMC and safety compliance, coordinate with R&D, ODMs, labs and authorities, and maintain documentation and stakeholder reporting.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-year telecom transformation programs (Core, 5G, Cloud, OSS/BSS, IT). Own program governance, P&L, risk/commercial management, vendor/contracts, cutovers/migrations, and executive stakeholder communications. Drive on-time, on-budget delivery while ensuring network stability, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Lead fulfillment assignments from pre-sales to delivery, ensuring contract-to-delivery alignment, on-time/on-budget execution, financial performance, stakeholder/customer alignment, compliance with legal, environmental and E+OHS standards, and data security/privacy while driving continuous improvement.
