Lead end-to-end technical programs for CoreWeave's CPU compute IaaS, partnering with engineering, product, operations, and security to define scope, milestones, and success metrics. Drive performance, scalability, reliability, automation, and observable infrastructure; implement scalable processes, influence technical decisions, manage risks/dependencies, and deliver long-term infrastructure roadmaps.

Lead end-to-end execution of data center operations programs, owning roadmaps, milestones, and SOPs. Drive hardware logistics, rack integration, and facility readiness, remove bottlenecks, manage program health reporting, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure scalable, reliable infrastructure and deliver data-driven insights to leadership.

Manage fleet repair and remediation projects for data center hardware: oversee RMA generation and issue resolution, coordinate across fleet engineering, data center technicians, and vendors, analyze ticket and workflow data to identify bottlenecks, produce infrastructure and client-facing performance reports, and lead process improvements and project evaluations to optimize operations.

The Technical Project Manager will lead data center deployment projects, manage resources, and ensure compliance and quality, while engaging with stakeholders effectively.

Lead end-to-end delivery of data center network infrastructure: translate capacity forecasts into racked, cabled, and commissioned network fabrics; create program plans for fabric turn-ups, backbone and peering expansions; coordinate Network Engineering, Architecture, Supply Chain, and Data Center Ops; report KPIs and risks to leadership; resolve hardware, optics, cabling, and automation issues; and design scalable repeatable processes for global network deployment.

Own execution, coordination, and governance for Data Center Operations business systems (DCIM, CMMS, ITSM/Jira, project controls). Translate operational pain points into product requirements, lead vendor selection and implementations, drive integrations and data quality, and manage change, training, adoption, reporting, and documentation. Serve as primary liaison between DC Ops and IT, Systems Engineering, and Enterprise Applications to ensure successful deployments and operational readiness across sites.

Manage full lifecycle delivery of multiple large-scale data center deployments: plan, coordinate vendors/contractors, oversee hardware/cabling/network installs, enforce quality/compliance, track schedules/budgets, mitigate risks, document progress, and transition sites to operations. Frequent onsite travel (up to 60%).

Own the financial, contractual, and procurement backbone for data center physical security. Manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets, forecasting, variance analysis, vendor contracting (MSA/SOW), procurement standards, RFPs, vendor performance, reporting/OKRs, and Rhythm of Business while partnering with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and security stakeholders to scale operations.

Lead product operations and New Product Introduction across cross-functional teams. Build launch readiness, operating cadences, dashboards, playbooks, and process improvements to ensure scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure delivery.
