Owns the Business Unit’s daily planning and operating rhythm, including leadership forums, cross-functional planning, decision tracking, special projects, and reporting cadences. Leads ambiguous initiatives across Studio, Publishing, and corporate functions; manages and coaches Business Operations staff; coordinates vendors and partners; advises leadership; and standardizes operating playbooks and processes.

Leads production across multiple game development content areas, overseeing schedules, milestones, risks, scope, communication, process improvement, and external development strategy. Manages and mentors producers, supports hiring and staffing, resolves impediments, improves production pipelines, and aligns teams with studio and business goals. Requires strong game development knowledge, planning, communication, leadership, and JIRA/Agile proficiency.

Lead regional localization and LQA execution across APAC by coordinating schedules, stakeholders, language teams, QA teams, and external vendors. Monitor assets, tools, builds, scripts, bug reports, risks, timelines, quality, and budgets. Act as the primary regional vendor contact, unblock workflows, improve processes, track milestones and metrics, and contribute regional insights to post-mortems.

Manage and deliver a game area by partnering with design, engineering and art. Plan, prioritize, track progress, remove roadblocks, build Jira/Flow workflows, decompose long-term efforts into milestones, communicate roadmaps and risks, and maintain team structure and morale to meet quality and schedule goals.

Manage delivery of game features and content for AAA titles: create and track schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams, remove blockers, monitor resources, and ensure quality and communication across production.

Own Russian localization strategy and quality across 2K titles: develop glossaries and style guides, review and edit in-game text/UI/VO, lead VO production, triage linguistic bugs, ensure compliance with regional age ratings, mentor junior linguists, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve localization processes.

Coordinate engineering, design, and animation teams to deliver AI systems. Create roadmaps, break goals into sprint tasks, remove blockers, manage dependencies, identify and mitigate risks, maintain backlog and production artifacts, and communicate status with stakeholders to ensure delivery against milestones.

Lead French-language localization strategy and quality across 2K titles. Review and edit in-game text, UI, scripts, and VO; develop glossaries and style guides; supervise linguists and vendors; lead VO casting and dubbing sessions; audit builds for tone and cultural fit; collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.

Lead studio-facing technical programs: drive adoption of shared services, define requirements, manage schedules, risks, and deployments, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, transition projects to run-state, and report program status.
