Manages resources, staffing, subcontractors, suppliers, financials, proposals, and technical deliverables. Communicates cost, schedule, and technical risks to customers, principal investigators, and leadership while maintaining integrated schedules and performance reports. Recommends execution improvements and dynamically replans projects as constraints and technical results change.
