Manages ProServices business development, sales programs, processes, tools, communications, and field support. The role coordinates cross-functional projects, analyzes customer and sales information, develops training and resources, supports continuous improvement, and communicates initiatives across stores, field teams, corporate departments, vendors, and sales organizations. It also includes research, store visits, customer site visits, industry events, and autonomous daily decision-making to improve ProServices sales effectiveness and growth.

Supports Services Technology and Enablement programs through planning, requirements gathering, performance tracking, data analysis, reporting, testing, implementation, and adoption of new tools and processes. Partners with business and technology teams to manage timelines, deliverables, risks, metrics, communications, and continuous improvement initiatives. The internship provides experience in program management, technology enablement, change management, business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Coordinate end-to-end installation projects for customers by tracking progress, scheduling within SLAs, documenting interactions, resolving work order issues, and communicating with customers, service providers, stores and vendors. Maintain compliance documentation, use systems (Installation Management System, myRedVest, Salesforce), deliver customer support via inbound/outbound calls, and adapt to process changes while meeting performance goals.

Owns complex, cross-functional business projects from planning through implementation. Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, vendors, governance, and executive communications. The role develops project plans and business cases, coordinates IT and business teams, tracks performance metrics, leads change management, and may manage project staff and contractors.

Supports store operations initiatives by translating enterprise strategies into executable plans, improving processes, analyzing operational data and feedback, coordinating project deliverables, developing communications, and presenting recommendations. The intern collaborates with Store Operations and cross-functional teams to improve execution, associate productivity, customer experience, and operational consistency across Lowe’s stores.

Supports private brands and global sourcing systems, primarily PLM software. Responsibilities include user support, training development, UAT, data validation, reporting, issue resolution, process improvement, technology implementation, project planning, milestone tracking, and supporting new product development and global merchandising tools.

Coordinate and execute renovation projects from lead to completion: assess site scope, prepare bids, coordinate installers and schedules, ensure profitability and customer satisfaction, and run pre- and post-construction reviews.
