Support Pro Store initiatives by improving business processes, developing communications and training, maintaining execution resources, performing store visits to assess effectiveness, and partnering cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges and drive Pro sales performance.

Lead end-to-end onboarding and operations for medium-to-large digital commerce marketplace segments. Manage global onboarding specialists, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure API/catalog/inventory/order synchronization, define KPIs, analyze data to optimize conversion, and drive process improvements to increase digital sales.

Conduct site walks, define project scope and product needs, prepare and present bids, coordinate installers and scheduling, evaluate project profitability, run pre-construction conferences, and gather post-project feedback.

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of complex ProServices programs. Manage schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and performance reporting. Standardize processes, drive adoption, mentor junior staff, and partner cross-functionally to deliver initiatives on time and aligned to business objectives.
