Leads end-to-end customer implementations, deployments, go-lives, stabilization, seasonal readiness, and ongoing operational delivery. Coordinates cross-functional internal, customer, and external teams; manages plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, issues, governance, and change requests. Serves as the primary delivery lead, resolves customer-impacting operational issues, facilitates executive reporting, maintains documentation, and drives continuous improvement, scalability, and operational readiness across the customer lifecycle.

Owns end-to-end customer implementation and operational delivery from project initiation through go-live, stabilization, seasonal readiness, and ongoing service expansion. Coordinates cross-functional and customer teams, manages plans, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, issues, and governance, and leads resolution of customer-impacting operational problems. The role also oversees change requests, training, launch preparedness, documentation, executive reporting, continuous improvement, and adherence to quality and contractual commitments.

Lead end-to-end M&A integration programs, establishing governance, integrated plans and controls. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (People, Finance, IT, Legal, Risk, Commercial), manage risks, issues and dependencies, drive executive reporting and SteerCo updates, oversee external integration advisors, and ensure operational readiness and post-close transition while improving integration playbooks and capturing lessons learned.
