Partners with Marketing, Sales, Partners, Customer Success, Services, Finance, Legal, Architecture, Data, Security, and AI teams to define capabilities, manage dependencies, improve Salesforce-related processes, oversee vendors and applications, and deliver automation and AI-enabled initiatives. Develops the applications team and ensures successful implementation, user acceptance, training, reliability, and measurable business outcomes.
