Lead coordination of product release schedules, manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications; operate and maintain enablement and learning platforms (LMS/certifications); produce dashboards and status reporting; manage incoming requests and vendor relationships; drive change control and continuous improvement across release and learning operations.

Serve as single technical SPOC for MSP customers, managing delivery of Nexthink managed services (Accelerate). Coordinate PSCs and cross-functional teams, plan and track Customer Success Plans, analyze Nexthink data to deliver insights and automation, run governance and business review meetings, ensure SLOs and service quality, and drive adoption, upsell and continuous value delivery.

Lead technical managed-service delivery for MSP customers: act as SPOC, coordinate PSCs and cross-functional teams, drive customer success plans, analyze Nexthink data to deliver insights and automation, manage governance/SLOs, and increase platform adoption and upsell opportunities.
