Manage product release timelines, dependencies, and risks across the portfolio; maintain release data integrity and dashboards; coordinate stakeholder and customer communications; operate LMS and certification platforms including content publication, localization, and platform administration; triage incoming requests and drive issue resolution; use data visualization and AI-assisted workflows to improve release and enablement processes.

Serve as the single technical delivery lead for MSP customers, coordinating PSCs and cross-functional teams to drive Nexthink managed services, ensure SLOs, deliver measurable DEX value, run governance and business reviews, and manage automations, reporting, and customer success plans.
