This role involves leading long-term technical strategy for a core technology platform, managing strategic programs, and ensuring system stability and quality. Requires collaboration with engineering and product teams, overseeing platform features, and driving operational excellence.

Lead delivery of Klaviyo's employee-facing AI and automation platform. Manage project lifecycle, build scalable automation and integrations (HRIS, ticketing, messaging, knowledge), partner with Engineering, IT, Security, and Business stakeholders, drive AI adoption and governance, evaluate vendors, and define long-term project roadmap and success metrics for employee productivity and measurable business impact.

Design and run AI-first onboarding, enablement, and learning programs for Klaviyo engineering. Partner with Dev Infra, L&D, Recruiting, and Eng Leadership to operationalize AI in workflows, codify engineering practices, run experiments, measure impact, and scale training to improve developer velocity, quality, and satisfaction.
