Establish shared roadmaps, dependencies, operating cadences, integration playbooks, reporting, and delivery commitments across engineering, product, growth, RevOps, Finance, and M&A stakeholders. Drive scalable infrastructure integrations for new and acquired products while surfacing tradeoffs, resolving blockers, and aligning teams around measurable outcomes.
