Ensure project governance, drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth, manage escalations, monitor budgets/risks, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support. Improve PS processes, mentor staff, sponsor projects, and represent the organization with clients and executives. Travel up to 25%.
