Leads executive briefing programs, strategic events, special projects, and business development initiatives from concept through execution. Coordinates executives, customers, partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams; manages logistics, budgets, records, metrics, and stakeholder communications. Builds scalable processes, playbooks, tools, and operating rhythms while using program data and feedback to improve outcomes and executive experiences.

Manage post-award governance for public-sector contracts: maintain federal and international portal registrations, run automated audit and reporting workflows, track CDRLs and performance evaluations, coordinate compliance certifications, reconcile invoicing and tax records, and maintain RFx/vendor knowledge systems while partnering across legal, finance, support, and security.

Lead and deliver cross-functional GTM strategic initiatives from planning through execution. Coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, track risks and decisions, prepare executive updates, build dashboards, and apply AI/automation to improve processes and outcomes.

Serve as a strategic surrogate to the Chief Strategy Officer: represent the CSO in meetings, craft executive communications and presentations, drive cross-functional strategy initiatives, monitor progress and alignment, collaborate with engineering/product/sales, and articulate the Strategy org's impact internally and externally. Requires technical fluency, strong analytics, and executive presence to accelerate high-impact projects and customer engagements.

Support the CTO by running operational rhythms, preparing executive briefings, attending high-priority meetings, driving action-item follow-through, crafting narratives and presentations, and leading special projects across cross-functional teams.
