Leads global Employee Experience support transformation programs across Workplace IT. Responsibilities include maintaining a support technology roadmap, driving ITSM, automation, self-service, AI, and digital employee experience improvements, analyzing service metrics, leading problem management and root-cause analysis, establishing KPIs, delivering executive recommendations, and developing high-performing teams.

Manage medium to complex IT projects from initiation through closure, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery. Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, implementation partners, and senior leaders to define requirements, establish objectives, manage risks, and align execution with strategic business roadmaps.
