The Chief of Staff partners with the SVP of Engineering to drive strategic planning, operational cadence, OKR and KPI tracking, resource allocation, cross-functional technical initiatives, executive communications, and change management. Ensure adoption and measurable business value, partner with Sales and Value Engineering, engage senior customers, recruit and develop talent, and collaborate with product and partners to enable best-practice deployments.

Design and execute end-to-end GTM programs that translate strategy into measurable initiatives. Align senior stakeholders, manage cross-functional execution, incorporate AI and emerging tech, produce communications and training, track KPIs, and continuously optimize to drive GTM impact.

Lead end-to-end Celonis implementations for large customers: define outcomes, manage timelines, resources, scope, budgets, and stakeholder communication; mitigate risks; mentor teams; write proposals/SOWs; and drive adoption and value realization. Fluency in Swedish required.

Lead end-to-end implementations of the Celonis platform for large strategic customers. Define project outcomes, manage timelines, resources, scope, budgets and stakeholders, mentor delivery teams, drive risk mitigation, author statements of work, and contribute to Services best practices and continual improvement.
