The role also mentors project managers, leads stakeholder meetings, and drives consistent project delivery across multiple regions.

Lead manufacturing site projects from planning through implementation, including new product development, product relaunches, supplier switches, productivity initiatives, trials, commercialization, and production start-up. Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, QA, Engineering, Production, Procurement, Marketing, suppliers, and other plants. Track schedules, budgets, capacity, costs, risks, and project communications while supporting material and packaging improvements and waste reduction.

Lead strategic ownership, governance, and optimization of the NetSuite ERP platform for MDS ventures. Manage roadmap, enhancements, integrations (3PL, EDI, WMS), team and vendor performance, and ERP controls. Partner with Finance and Supply Chain to ensure data integrity, compliance, scalable operations, and continuous process improvement.
