Manage end-to-end implementations of myQ Enterprise solutions: review sales designs, develop and execute project plans, coordinate stakeholders, ensure testing and documentation, train users, audit post-launch performance, define KPIs, and hand off to Customer Success. Mentor team members and maintain project systems to meet timelines and budgets.

Lead a team to design, configure, implement, and support PLM applications (PTC WindChill/Creo). Elicit and analyze business requirements, manage SDLC deliverables, prioritize backlogs, drive projects end-to-end, support production systems and change management, and enable continuous process improvements across PLM-related business processes.
