Act as a proxy for the Chief of Staff and ensure executive-ready communications and data-driven narratives.

Lead end-to-end migration and transformation programs for the Magenta Services Center. Design and operate demand intake and portfolio governance, embed organizational change management, produce executive reporting, build playbooks and tooling (e.g., ServiceNow), and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate communications and analysis. Drive stakeholder alignment, risk management, and stage-gate governance across cross-functional initiatives to ensure readiness, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
