Own the roadmap and end-to-end delivery of Scotch’s Android point-of-sale terminal. Responsibilities include researching merchant workflows in stores, prioritizing features and platform work, partnering with engineering, writing requirements, managing device releases, supporting peripherals and unreliable networks, measuring adoption, and coordinating with support, onboarding, and go-to-market teams. The role requires independent decision-making, direct customer engagement, strong communication, and judgment across multiple concurrent workstreams.
