Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Success, the Customer Success Manager at Vivi is responsible for building long-term customer relationships, managing a large book of business, and providing a white glove customer experience. The role involves coordinating the successful deployment of the Vivi Solution to school districts and driving adoption, retention, and expansion among customers.

The Engagement Leader is responsible for local community engagement and business development, partnering with Thrivent Financial Advisors to strengthen community relationships, build strategic partnerships, and develop community engagement plans that leverage Thrivent’s resources. They ensure alignment of community impact strategies with business growth objectives and support advisors in raising awareness of Thrivent’s programs.

Responsible for planning and organizing business travel, bookings, and accommodations for clients. Manage expenses, track reimbursements, and provide support to travelers. Issue travel documents, provide travel advice, and troubleshoot issues. Ensure customer needs are met and satisfaction is achieved through effective communication.
