As the Manager, Sourcing - Footwear at ARC'TERYX, you will develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage vendor relationships, optimize the global supply chain, and ensure products meet cost targets and quality standards. This role involves leading footwear vendor strategies, managing processes, overseeing product cost negotiations, and collaborating with key stakeholders to align seasonal requirements. Additionally, you will drive cross-functional projects, monitor vendor performance, and build a high-performing team of Sourcing Specialists.
