Manage and grow Wise Platform’s enterprise partner accounts, primarily in Indonesia. Drive revenue and payment volume growth, develop account plans, manage churn risk, lead business reviews, and build executive and cross-functional relationships. Identify and close expansion opportunities, provide partner insights for product roadmaps, communicate performance updates, and execute regional initiatives. The role requires expertise in enterprise payment solutions, domestic and international payment schemes, correspondent banking, and Indonesia’s commercial banking landscape.

Advances Wise’s government relations, public policy, and regulatory objectives across Southeast Asia. The role leads external advocacy, public campaigns, and engagement with policymakers, regulators, trade associations, and policy influencers, particularly in Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand. It supports leadership meetings, cross-functional initiatives, ESG compliance, and policy efforts related to direct payment-system access and foreign-exchange price transparency. Frequent regional travel is required.

Lead Wise Platform’s South Asia commercial strategy, pipeline development, revenue growth, and high-stakes sales negotiations with banks, fintechs, and large enterprises. Build and manage a high-performing business development team, partner with product teams on roadmap priorities, and collaborate with marketing, compliance, legal, implementation, and engineering to scale repeatable sales processes and unlock new payment opportunities.

Own and enhance Wise Platform’s APAC financial crime product compliance framework. Assess regulatory and control risks, test financial crime rules, design systemic product controls, lead retrospectives, identify and remediate compliance gaps, localize global controls for APAC markets, and partner with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions.

Leads Central Payment Operations and its transition to a hybrid human-and-AI operating model. Owns operational outcomes including cost, resolution rates, defects, and losses; co-shapes product and engineering roadmaps; ships AI-assisted workflows; establishes evaluation and observability foundations; develops senior leaders; and represents the function across risk, compliance, analytics, quality, training, audit, and executive forums.

Coordinates strategic sales deals across Japan and Korea, managing timelines, stakeholders, workstreams, risks, and executive communications. Leads end-to-end RFP and RFI submissions by gathering, reviewing, and editing cross-functional inputs. Supports sales enablement, deal operations, content and event strategies, and global sales initiatives. The role requires Japanese or Korean proficiency, project management expertise, basic SQL capability, and experience in sales enablement or go-to-market roles within relevant industries.

Leads technology-focused internal audit activities globally, including IT audit planning, risk assessment, audit delivery, continuous monitoring, automation, analytics, reporting, and recommendation tracking. Builds and supervises the IT internal audit team, coordinates internal and external audit partners, and collaborates with stakeholders across regions. The role focuses on cloud-platform controls, technology risk, governance, assurance frameworks, and improving internal audit methodologies in a regulated fintech environment.

Lead technical execution for Wise’s iOS spending and card products across multiple product teams. Own initiatives from planning through shipping and scaling, build core flows such as card ordering, transactions, 3DS authentication, bill splitting, recurring payments, and dispute resolution, and promote maintainable code and mobile best practices. Collaborate with backend, frontend, product, and globally distributed engineering teams while using customer data to improve the experience.

Develop and maintain Wise’s Android card-spending product, including card ordering, transactions, 3DS authentication, and dispute resolution. Contribute to feature implementation, technical planning, scalable architecture, product evolution, and technical roadmaps. Collaborate with backend, frontend, product, and globally distributed engineering teams while advocating for mobile best practices and delivering high-performing customer experiences.

Investigate payment problems using SQL, Python, customer reports, and stakeholder input; identify root causes across payment flows; prioritize issues by impact; design practical solutions with Product, Engineering, Risk, Operations, and payment partners; lead actions through measurable outcomes; and improve investigation and measurement practices.
