The role is approximately 70% international anime sales and 30% domestic streaming sales.

Lead anime production projects from concept development through delivery, including IP discovery, business planning, P&L development, production committee formation, partner negotiations, quality control, licensing coordination, and monetization. Manage internal and external stakeholders, support broadcast opportunities, maximize project profitability, strengthen creator relationships, represent the company externally, and mentor junior producers while improving team workflows and operational efficiency.

Lead growth for the Japan Hardlines licensing category by developing strategy, managing licensee relationships, negotiating contracts, driving product and retail initiatives, ensuring product approvals, forecasting, and partnering with creative and retail teams to deliver commercially viable, innovative ranges that meet Japanese market needs.
