Owns the Business Payments product experience and roadmap, including ERP and embedded integrations. Responsibilities include data and AI pipelines, predictive models, RAG applications, experimentation, MLOps, model serving, monitoring, governance, cloud migration, and business analytics. The role partners with Product, Engineering, BI, and Data teams to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions and measurable product or operational improvements.

Leads application and cloud security architecture, threat modeling, secure design reviews, security standards, and developer enablement. Owns SAST, DAST, SCA, WAF, CSPM, container, and Infrastructure as Code security controls. Builds security automation and custom tooling, supports AI security initiatives, and partners with engineering and infrastructure teams to improve application resilience, compliance, and risk remediation.

Manages strategic relationships with REPAY’s top clients, overseeing satisfaction, retention, profitability, growth, and renewal strategies.
