Manage strategic advertising client accounts, retain and grow revenue, negotiate commercial deals, and drive customer satisfaction. The role requires strong knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and experience in adtech or media sales.

Develop media plans and inventory forecasts for video advertising campaigns, optimize revenue and margins through pricing floors and throttling, and analyze performance using Looker and Excel dashboards. Partner with Sales and Supply teams to translate data into commercial strategies, troubleshoot delivery issues, support cross-functional initiatives, and coach junior team members. The role requires expertise in programmatic video advertising, header bidding, SSP mechanics, yield management, and media planning.

Performs quarterly cybersecurity and technology audits across physical, network, application, system, and data environments. Plans engagements, evaluates controls and risks against policies, information security frameworks, COBIT, and legal requirements, tests controls, documents findings, recommends remediation, and prepares audit workpapers and reports. Collaborates with business stakeholders, supports audit methodology improvements, mentors less experienced team members, and applies data analytics and cybersecurity knowledge.

Conducts quarterly cybersecurity and technology audits across physical, network, application, system, and data environments. Performs risk assessments, control testing, data analysis, audit planning, documentation, reporting, and remediation recommendations against security frameworks, COBIT controls, policies, and legal requirements. Supports complex engagements, mentors less experienced auditors, improves audit methodologies, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires approximately 40% out-of-town travel.

Provides technical support and customer advocacy for complex SaaS and cloud environments. Investigates incidents, leads escalations and outage bridges, develops automation and monitoring solutions, supports onboarding and operational readiness, analyzes service performance, contributes to product improvements, and mentors junior team members. Requires participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
