The Senior Counsel at Hanwha Q CELLS USA Corp will be responsible for providing legal support for the Flexrack by Qcells team in manufacturing and selling solar trackers. This includes drafting and negotiating supply agreements, vendor contracts, and providing general legal counsel to various business teams. The position requires 3-6 years of relevant experience in commercial construction and/or supply contracts, active membership in at least one state bar, and renewable energy experience with a focus on construction and procurement agreements.
