The Technical Writer will develop, draft, review, and publish technical procedures for various employees, collaborate with different departments to ensure accuracy and alignment of content, support new product launches, create customer-facing FAQs, and manage timelines and priorities of projects. They must have 3 years of experience in technical writing in fintechs or financial services, exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
