Coordinates cross-functional teams, trains site personnel, resolves quality risks, and transitions validated processes to the plant quality leader. Requires significant domestic travel and possible international travel.

Design, develop, and maintain automated UI and API tests using Cypress. Execute test suites, analyze results, document defects, and integrate testing into GitLab CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with Agile software developers, system engineers, DevOps, and product owners to validate features, improve coverage, and support system modernization.

Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests for web, API, cloud-native, and AI-enabled applications. Develop test plans and frameworks, integrate automated tests into CI/CD, validate data and databases, track defects, perform security and performance testing, and support Agile ceremonies to ensure product quality and compliance.

Supports new product development for power tools through reliability engineering, failure analysis, warranty modeling, test development, safety assurance, compliance, and risk assessment. Performs data analysis using test, field, and warranty data; develops documentation, test plans, and FRACAS records; leads safety reviews; supports product approvals; and represents customer quality requirements. Collaborates cross-functionally on reliability decisions, root-cause analysis, teardown analysis, benchmarking, and new test procedures.

Perform manual testing for web, mobile, and desktop SaaS applications: review requirements, create test plans/cases, execute tests, document and track defects, run integrations and regressions, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve QA processes.
