Own Foundry Robotics’ security and compliance program, including CMMC Level 2 certification, NIST SP 800-171 and DFARS compliance, ITAR/EAR controls, and CUI protection. Lead identity, endpoint, network, cloud, edge, and on-premises security; manage incident response and third-party risk; and build the security roadmap, budget, and team. The role requires hands-on security engineering, facility security expertise, startup leadership, and collaboration across engineering, IT, quality, and operations.

Build and maintain the software that moves embodied AI models from training to production, including data infrastructure, services, pipelines, APIs, deployment systems, and internal platforms. Work across team boundaries on the highest-priority technical problems and deliver software to production robots within days or weeks. The role requires exceptional software engineering, strong judgment, clear communication, resilience, and comfort with ambiguity. Robotics experience is welcome but not required.

Build and maintain the software engineering backbone of Genesis-World, an open-source multi-physics robotics simulation platform. Responsibilities include scalable testing for JIT-compiled systems, deterministic simulation replay, autodiff integration, scene editing, plugin architecture, actuation, local time stepping, event systems, serialization, telemetry, performance improvements, and legacy refactoring. The role also involves code reviews, issue triage, contributor support, and collaboration with compiler and physics teams across GPU and operating-system platforms.

Own part templating quality, consistency, scheduling, and throughput for the Mission Control team. Responsibilities include creating process documentation, monitoring output, assigning and reprioritizing work, balancing team capacity against deadlines, onboarding and training team members, evaluating ramp-up performance, and coaching staff. The role combines hands-on templating with operational leadership and continuous process improvement.

Own executive relationships and business outcomes for hospital partners operating Moxi robot fleets. Monitor utilization, adoption, and reliability data; lead business reviews; diagnose underperformance; manage issue resolution and improvement projects; coordinate cross-functional teams; train clinical staff; activate use cases; and identify fleet expansion opportunities. The role is field-based with approximately 75% travel.

Work on embedded Linux systems and low-level firmware for space hardware: develop and debug drivers, bring up peripherals, assemble prototypes, run characterization and longevity tests, and participate in design and code reviews under senior mentorship.

Work with sales and cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements and site constraints into validated technical solutions, develop proposals, lead supplier engagements, and support installation and commissioning planning.
