The Sr. GTM Engineer at Hiya is responsible for transforming the website into an AI-driven growth engine, leading CMS migration, optimizing web performance, and integrating AI capabilities.

Serve as the technical lead for partner integrations across Europe, owning design, delivery, and production support. Work with sales, product, and engineering to scope integrations, contribute code and tooling, query data mesh for troubleshooting, build dashboards, and coordinate cross-organizational resolution of complex issues.

Build and maintain AI-powered spam and scam detection infrastructure: design, implement, deploy, monitor distributed pipelines, support data science workflows, handle production incidents, and improve system resilience and scalability.

Design, implement, deploy, and operate high-performance JVM/Scala backend services and data processing pipelines. Work with AWS, stream processing (Kafka), and data stores (DynamoDB, Redshift, PostgreSQL). Own systems end-to-end, participate in deployments and on-call rotations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and iterate on architecture to meet customer needs.
